Forecasting needs improvement
Many businesses surveyed in the study agreed that they needed to improve on their sales forecasting in the next two years. The good news is that when businesses take the steps necessary to improve these things, such as investing in a CRM system to keep better track of important data, their results improve.
Many people aren’t getting the most from their CRM systems
Even though the majority of the study’s participants said that they have implemented CRM systems in their businesses, only 24.9 percent of them said they were fully confident in their CRM system’s data. Another 32 percent said that their systems are less than three-quarters adopted, and only 25.2 percent said that business productivity increased after implementing their CRM systems.
Does this mean it’s not worth investing in a CRM system? Not necessarily. It is certainly worth it if you are getting the most from your CRM system.
